May 6th Muscles and Margs Social

Ready to celebrate Cinco de May a day late BUT have the most fun? Join us for this one-of-a-kind social Muscles and Margaritas. We will start off at Motivate Movement Studios where we will do their Bounce and Build Disco Class. I know...SO FUN. 

Bounce and Build is a low impact cardio-blast of a workout on a mini-trampoline (rebounder) with elements of s Strength + MetCon Class. We will ebb and flow between bouncing and strength building. We will be doing this to some amazing music and disco lights will set the vibe for this fun evening out! 

Then we will head across the parking lot to Los Cantaros and have a few margaritas to hydrate.
