6:00 – 6:15 | Arrive & mingle with a welcome glass of cider
6:35 | Learn about Bird Dog’s cider-making history and process
6:40 – 7:00 | Walk through the cider production spaces
7:05 – 7:30 | Head into the dahlia fields to harvest and craft your own hand-picked bouquet
7:45 – 8:15 | Enjoy 4 more cider tastings + relaxed sunset mingling
8:15 – 8:45 | Final sips and goodbyes
