Need a midweek reset? join us for this restorative experience with High Definition Fitness. This restorative yoga trapeze class is the perfect way to unwind, stretch, and let go of all that built-up tension while having some fun!

This beginner class is designed to be slow, supportive, and deeply relaxing, using gentle movement therapy, myofascial release, and deep stretches to help your body feel amazing. Whether you’re recovering from a tough workout, dealing with stress, or just craving some feel-good movement, this is your chance to breathe, stretch, and reset. If you're feeling daring or looking for a little more fun Bryant, the owner will show those who are interested how to flip and fly! 

And because no WLW experience is complete without a little extra fun, we’ll land at Vida Cantina for a curated tequila tasting, of three signature tequilas. It’s the perfect mix of adventure and indulgence because balance is everything!
