A Mom & Tween Yoga Experience (second date added)

As part of our March celebration of women—honoring Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day—Well Lived Women is proud to offer a meaningful experience that connects generations through movement, mindfulness, and shared strength.

Strong Like a Mother: Raising Them Well is more than a yoga class—it’s a chance to celebrate the power of our bodies, deepen our connection with our children, and show the next generation the importance of self-care and movement.

In today’s world, where stress, screens, and distractions pull us away from presence, yoga offers an opportunity to breathe, move, and reconnect. By introducing tweens to yoga, we help them:
Build confidence in their growing bodies
Develop tools for managing emotions and stress
Strengthen their bond with their mother or caregiver
Understand self-care as an act of empowerment

Led by Andrea Ippolito, a dedicated yoga instructor and mother, this experience is designed to be playful, grounding, and deeply connective. Together, we’ll practice yoga, engage in mindfulness exercises, and create a shared experience that both moms and tweens will carry with them long after the class ends.

This is a special opportunity to show our daughters and the young girls in our lives that self-care, movement, and wellness are not luxuries—they are essential.
